I just called this location and spoke with the post master. He was rude and unprofessional! I explained that as of today I've had 12 Christmas cards returned marked "insufficient address unable to deliver". I checked all the addresses on the cards and they were correct, including the zip code. These cards were to family members who have lived at the address for over 10 years and they all had the correct postage. In addition, the stamps had not been stamped! Mr. Walker suggested that I CALL each post office to find out why they weren't delivered and/or call the recipients to ask why they didn't receive the cards!!! Really? When I questioned his suggestion he told me he was trying to give me a solution but I was just arguing with him! He then suggested I file a complaint. I asked him for his supervisor's name and he said, "Debra Brown". I asked for her phone number and he said she didn't have one.Several months ago I was at this post office and this same person was talking to a customer at the front counter. The person was having a problem with receiving his mail. This post master was so rude and raised his voice so everyone could hear him. This man should not be in this type of position with his bad and unprofessional attitude. He is not a people person. I will file a complaint through the proper channels. Everyone has a boss!

I occasionally visit this post office to pick up Amazon items that couldn't be delivered to my home. Postmaster Vincent Garcia always provides friendly service. He genuinely apologizes for items that were returned because I arrived late, as if it were his own responsibility. I am always thankful for his kind service.

Mail delivery in Brookshire is getting worse and worse, especially in Crystal Lakes Community, they put your packages in the wrong mail boxes, the keys don't open the big boxes and if you try to make a complaint they don't even care to help you. The workers are very incompetent.

Staff on location is great! Only issues I have is with the delivery of letters and packages at my house. Letters addressed to me have a 70/30 percent chance of making it to me on time. Packages are way more consistent and almost always make it to me within a reasonable amount of time .Just that issue of the letters either taking an unreasonable amount of time for a letter to be delivered or the letters not get delivered at all

Update: After my most recent review of one star and several call. I did finally get all issues resolved and a courtesy call from the Brookshire, Tx post office. I appreciate that someone finally reached out.Absolutely terrible customer service. I have missing packages going and coming. Ridiculous that they cannot seem to get the mail to the right box. I am missing meds for my pet and now Christmas gifts and today is already the 23rd. I have mail that was mailed from my box that never made it to the recipient. They always have an excuse. Perhaps they need mail carriers that can and are willing to do their job more carefully. I so wish there was a better way to send mail on a regular basis.

Truly Ridiculous. This is by far the most incompetent PO I’ve ever dealt with. It’s ALWAYS something with this place! From lost packages, mail put in the wrong boxes constantly, poor customer service, Rude clerks! Obviously they don’t take pride in their job.. Upper Management where are you?? And what are you doing to correct this mess? You really need to pull every single one of them out of there! and re-train them (including the Post Master). I have NEVER had a bad enough experience with any Post Office that would lead me to write a Negative review… Until Now.

Was having trouble getting an issue fixed online. Went into Brookshire office, Regina was amazing! Immediately helped me fix my issue. She was extremely friendly to everyone she helped while I was in there. Nice way to start the New Year!

My package was incorrectly shipped here from Tomball and it has sat in this post office for 5 days not moving- should have been sent back to Tomball so it could be properly delivered- with these reviews I have no hope of ever seeing the package.

We have lived in the Simonton area for 30 years. We rented a home in Crystal Lakes for our two kids that would be attending college in Houston. When they first moved in we never would get the mail or our packages. I called to talk to postmaster and he was extremely RUDE!!! I wanted to drive there and deal with this in person I was so mad. That finally was fixed (kind of.) Then for the last month we have been trying to receive a package that is stuck in the box. The key is broken inside the box and we cannot get the package we need. I have reported it several times and always treated like I have no idea what i am talking about. Like I cannot see the box is broken!! This went on for a month and still no package. I called today to talk to the RUDE postmaster and he assured me we will get the package. I cannot stand this post office!! I get they are busy and overwhelmed but we ALL are!! Its called life. If you hate your job that much then quit. I never received this when we lived in Simonton. They were the best!! So good luck Brookshire residents.

It isn’t that this is the MOST, ridiculously, incompetent, discriminative and worse customer service post office in Houston and neighboring counties, it is this one particular post lady. She has to be the most racist individual I have every come across in my life, she is rude and reputably disgusting in the way of basic human decency. I will NEVER visit this post again. It is close to me; however, I will drive out of my way in an effort to have an experience that is not abusive. Her name is Regina. Unbecoming of a federal employee.
