The Tuscany Hall was the perfect place for my daughter's XV this past November. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything went smooth from the moment we booked until the day of the party. My guest loved everything about it, design, outdoor area, parking, etc. We used their recommended vendors list which included Los Chef Hermanos Catering and 3 Bartending. Best choices ever. I would definitely recommend this place for your special event!

We had our wedding there this past Saturday (10/12/24) at Stonecreek Hall and everything was awesome! From the first time we toured to our big day, the staff were super friendly and so helpful. The venue was super gorgeous and everyone loved it. You definitely get what you pay and more. 10/10 would recommend this venue

We loved The Springs: Tuscany Hall from the moment we visited and our experience throughout the wedding planning and day of was as easy as pie (and exactly what a bride needs). The team is very organized and lets you know all deadlines, expectations and needed items way in advance. They provide reminders ahead of final payments, floor plan etc. They even contacted us regarding bartending and security to make sure we had everything lined up. Their super simple process was extremely helpful for me, especially as we got closer to the big day and things got hectic. I highly recommend checking out the venue spaces they have!

I could not have asked to work with a better venue! We fell in love with Stonecreek Hall. The architecture, the design space, the lighting, the garden area etc everything was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful, and kind. Every time I emailed/texted response time was always quick and would address my questions. They are super organized and attentive to detail. I was able to tell they stay on top of their events when they asked for details regarding our event, floor plan layout and plan B in case of rain, which made me feel at peace to know they would have everything under control. The day of our wedding, the staff did everything as we asked, accommodated to making changes, always with a kind attitude. Never received complaints or bad attitudes from anyone. I never write reviews haha but I am truly thankful and feel extremely blessed! No regrets in choosing this venue. Thank you to the Springs at Katy!

While the venue is beautiful, we ran into an issue with security in the weeks leading up to the wedding. The officers showed up right at lunch time, filled up their plates to the brim as soon as they arrived, before all the guests even had a chance to eat, and went outside to eat by themselves. Here's what happened - We used the venue for a morning ceremony followed by buffet lunch (no alcohol was served). Our lunch lasted 1.5 hours. After different answers from different staff members, the manager said that this lunch classifies as reception and that security is required for lunch time. The venue mandates we book security only through their vendor - and since there's only one vendor, they have a monopoly on this service setting the bar extremely low. The security vendor requires a minimum of 4 hours of payment even if they're there for less than 4 hours.
The officers arrived at 2pm, when lunch had just begun. My partner and I ran into them on the patio while taking pictures just before 2:30pm, and found both officers (officer Torres and 1 more) standing there with their plates filled to the brim just lounging and eating, while all the guests were inside. We were surprised. I asked officer Torres how the food is and he casually replied "oh this is great, it's my first time having Indian food". How are they providing security to our guests (isn't that why the venue required them to be there?) if they're pre-occupied outside with food while all the guests are inside eating lunch? I'm not expecting a vendor to show up hungry at 2pm and grab food immediately - We had vendors at the venue present since the morning who only ate after most of the guests had eaten and left. Extremely unprofessional and entitled of these officers to just show up to eat and not do their jobs. All our guests had left by 3:30pm, at which point the officers just sat around. Oh and did I mention they only accept payment in cash? (Hello IRS!). I called both the security company and the venue afterwards detailing my experience, and asked for a resolution and a partial refund as I see no point in paying officers to show up at my event to eat, but have yet to receive a response from the manager, Trey. It's been over 2 months at this point. So while the venue is beautiful, this one experience stuck out like a sore thumb and I'd recommend they have multiple vendors to avoid situations like this or train their people.
I verified with our planner, csterer, and guests, and no- nobody told them they could get in the buffet line.

Beautiful Venue. Tucked away and peaceful. Personal opinion, an in person view is the best! The pics are beautiful but in person is better! Pricing is fair, two different halls to choose from, lots of decor options, lots of amenities, the staff is awesome, kind, personable and honest. Booked them for 8/2025 💜💜.

We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding. Everyone is so nice, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Anytime we had a question, they were a text away and always so willing to answer any and all questions. The bridal suite, grooms suite, and family room did not disappoint either!
