Mrs. Sheila, Is the best mgr. I have been storing my stuff at their facility for 3 years and I have never had a problem. I never worried about my mom's furniture EVER because I knew it was safe .

I started storing some items here in 2017 while recovering from a flood, and I ended up keeping the unit for over five years. Sheila has always been really friendly and helpful for me, and it's nice to have someone like her in charge of the place. In my opinion, this is a great location to store things even if you're not in Brookshire because you can get a much better price per square foot than a lot of the facilities around the Katy area, and it's easy to get to. I recommend it completely.

Great location for anyone in Katy and surrounding areas. Storage at a fair price with great service. The units are clean and well maintained and you get 24hr access to your stuff. Whenever there were billing problems (like a card expiring), they call to sort it out straight away, which was great.

Clean, orderly and proper. No issues! Seriously what else do you need to know? All the staff is friendly and there is never an issue with your storage space. I wish all storage places were this convenient.

This place was a great find. Lower prices than any others I found in the area. Plus it's nice to drive right up to your unit and not have to contend with elevators or stairs. Nice friendly staff, too.

The staff at Royal Storage is very friendly and professional. They are helpful and do not play the same games that other self storage operators use. Specifically, they don't use teaser rates to get you in the door and then continually raise rates.

Royal Storage in Brookshire offers a lot of value for the price. Full time, onsite management, with security fencing and access gate. I find that it is the best value in the area. I recommend it to my family and friends.
