I contacted this company to begin service with them and was told that they were doing modifications to their equipment to handle new users on a tower. I was told it was going to be completed in a week. After a week I contacted them and same thing issues with equipment. 3 or so months later still receiving no information I contacted them again and was told everything is ready and they will get back to me when they can schedule me in to install the equipment. In the afternoon I still hadn’t heard from them and that broke the camels back. If this is how they handle new customers then I can only imagine how your treated when your existing.

Horrible company run by amateurs. Unprofessional and slow to respond to customer issues. People who "manage" this company must think its customers are stupid. I would start my own company before I would purchase "service" from this bunch of yahoos. Went elsewhere for internet. Absolutely the epitome of a monopoly. At least kiss us before you shaft us. The worst!!!

when I first signed up, the internet was phenomenal. after 2 months it was borderline unusable. I called countless times, but it never got fixed. I was with these people for almost 2 years because there was noone else to service my area. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had high hopes for this company as I saw that their reviews were generally good but was left very disappointed. As a business owner I was left shocked at the lack of communication and professionalism of Pecan Internet Services. They had notified me that they were going to come to my house on Wednesday to install the service. I waited all day and was never contacted. I texted their number (they answer texts more often than they answer the phone) asking if they were still coming. The lady responded informing me that 2 towers were down and would come on Friday. Her text definitely had an attitude towards me when I was simply asking for confirmation after waiting all day. I brushed it off and told them I understood, but to please just let me know a time or at least confirm with me for Friday. I wasted all day waiting for no reason. Friday came and once again I heard nothing. I texted asking if they were coming and was left on read. I am very disappointed at the complete disregard they have for people's time. I waited two days and I had to reach out to them. They clearly do not care for my business. I would have at least liked to be given the courtesy of them telling me no. I hate writing bad reviews, but I am really upset with this service. Do not recommend.

Terrible company!! Have called multiple times the past two days and the one time they answer i get asked to text them my address. No response. I even text again just to ask if im able to get coverage where i live. They just read the message and dont respond.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL internet provider! We love talking with Darlene and her son, Greg. Great people that provide amazing customer service! Very personable and never leaves us without internet, even if their power goes down! Love them! Highly recommend! Affordable & reliable!

Great company and customer service. Been with them since 2015. Recently, our internet went out due to one of their main towers was struck by lighting. We had internet back up in no time.

Me and my husband called for internet 3 times, and each time she said to text her the address and she would get her son to see if we can have service in our area and then get back to us with more information. And each time she never got back to us. I know there’s service with them in my area because all of my neighbors go through them but with how bad their communication is I’m surprised anyone has internet through them.
