I went to buy a bulb for my vehicle, but the customer service representative grabbed the wrong one. When I got to my car, I realized it wasn't the right one. Now they refuse to take it back because it's been opened. They really need to hire knowledgeable professionals for customer service instead of wasting people's time and money. This is such a disappointing experience.

This is the WORST automotive store in Texas! They didn't even know the difference between an automatic starter and manual. Is obviously a huge difference and my father that is 68 years old had to walk over a mile to get help. I urge you to use another other store being Orielly, Autozone, ect... I can't speak for all NAPA stores but this one is garbage! Management was no help at all. Very unprofessional and no knowledge of the products they sell
