Purchased. A 60 qt cooler and on rhe label it states KEEP ICE UPTO 4 DAYS. 16 LBS of ice lasted MAYBE 10 HRS. PIECE OF CRAP. Don't waist your money on igloo products. I tried to add a picture, but of course that was impossible.

Igloo should be ashamed. Why does Igloo advertise falsely its an American Made product when it is a cheap POS Chinese workmanship cooler?
I bought this ice chest at my local Academy for 155 USD, and less than 45 days later, I am left with a BROKEN CHEAP POS ice chest. 45 Days Igloo....your products used to be good...not great but good. It used to be that you had to replace the cheap plastic hinges with Fire Hose materials. Now you have to replace the wheel assembly, too? Not only did the wheel come off, but the cheap metal axle bent.
I thought it would be an easy fixed, but lo and behold, the wheel assembly is not even really attached to the ice chest. It is literally molded into the plastic and can easily be pulled out and away from the ice chest. How is that for American Made?
Igloo should be ashamed to call itself an American company. It's more like China Quailty Crap.

Watch out for shipping office they will stamp your in times right after your appointment time this way they can get out of paying detention pay. Had this happened the last 2 times here. Little short lady is very disrespectful to drivers. Write your time in on the sheet before u hand it back to them.

This is a horrible company to work for. They got a class action lawsuit for workers discrimination in 2021 lost and had to paid $21,000 in civil penalties. No need to speak with HR or higher up, find yourself a good lawyer.

I purchased a replacement handle for my cooler. The bracket is the wrong size. None of the screw holes match up and the bracket is too short. I tried to request a refund via the link I was sent on my phone. It didn't recognize my purchase. I tried to initiate the refund process online, from my laptop, and it still doesn't recognize my purchase. I provided the system with my order# and the zip code as requested. Such a simple process and it failed. I'll call in the morning and see if they can recognize my purchase that way. They didn't have a problem recognizing my payment for the product.

I called 4 times to confirm a pick up appointment. I got hung up on 4 times. People were slamming the phone down. Very rude!

I stopped into the Igloo factory store on a recent trip to Houston. I was hoping to buy gifts for family. The employees in the store were rude and self consumed with surfing the internet. They talked among themselves as if I couldn't hear them about how I was just wandering around. When I approached the checkout counter with my purchase they did not even acknowledge I was there. No greeting or even eye contact. I will never return there again. Horrible service and not much of a selection.

Was sent me to wrong warehouse monday to pick up load, got here 4 days later on Thursday after reschedule for 11am appointment. now its 4pm and still at dock, no answer from HQ when calling. Left like 5 voice-mails this week

Bought a Parks Project ECOCOOL cooler. It was poor quality and defective. I am happy to say after many emails and phone calls Igloo made it right. I have bought about 6 coolers in the last couple of years for gifts. I’ve been happy with them all and the recipients were thrilled. I appreciate Igloo’s follow through and will continue to buy coolers. People don’t usually buy for themselves….but one for a gift, you’ll be surprised at the thanks you get. Thanks Igloo!
