“I can say they are extremely helpful and go above and beyond each and every time I have an issue. Holidays the young lady had plans with her family and she stayed late to assure I was up and running ( with a smile on her face and the patience of a saint the weather was bad when all was said and done I was short on money again she found a way to resolve my issue which took even more time. She is an asset to your company and really deserves a gold metal. I was at wits end and she measured me it would all be ok and it was. Thank you to this young lady I'll never forget her patience and kindness. This is just one example. I seem to break, mess up my phone all the time in one way or another I'm embarrassed to walk in that door but each and every time she always helps me with that smile on her face. I don't know I could be so friendly and caring with a problematic individual such as myself . Thank you so very much for all your help and understanding. Gold star ?”

“I came here the other day and was helped by an older man. He was very nice and informative, very patient. We were able to get an iPhone 13 and 2 Samsung galaxy a9 tablets. All I had to do was pay 280 and that’s it. The activation process was fast and he even told us the cases were included in the price. Very good customer service and it didn’t make a BIG dent in my pocket lol”
