I can say they are extremely helpful and go above and beyond each and every time I have an issue. Holidays the young lady had plans with her family and she stayed late to assure I was up and running ( with a smile on her face and the patience of a saint the weather was bad when all was said and done I was short on money again she found a way to resolve my issue which took even more time. She is an asset to your company and really deserves a gold metal. I was at wits end and she measured me it would all be ok and it was. Thank you to this young lady I'll never forget her patience and kindness. This is just one example. I seem to break, mess up my phone all the time in one way or another I'm embarrassed to walk in that door but each and every time she always helps me with that smile on her face. I don't know I could be so friendly and caring with a problematic individual such as myself . Thank you so very much for all your help and understanding. Gold star ?

Manager was extremely friendly Awesome customer service she gave us just what we wanted and even convinced us to upgrade. She went above and beyond to help transfer my Husband contacts and email from his broken phone to the new one she suggested.Definitely 5 star service..Thank you Manager Fabiola for your service

The manager, David Garcia was extremely kind and so helpful. Even when the stores are crazy busy and pact he does his best to help each customer to the best of his ability. Amazing management and they are very cleaned and organized As well highly recommended ?
