Everything was great. Customer service was great. I had my hoses to my radiator and belt changed bc I had an antifreeze leak. Changed the belt bc they found wear and tear. I love the feedback with pictures of the problem and everything was done in a timely manner. You can’t go wrong making this location your go to mechanic. I will go back for any other needs.

Been using these folks for the past 17 years. Anyone could complain about the cost but in my experience you get what you pay for and what you're paying for is quality workmanship. That's what Fred and his team provide. I don't plan on selling my vehicles as long Brookshire Car Care can continue to fix them.

Brookshire Car Care is a great shop! I am new to town and was worried about finding a trustworthy place to take care of my well-loved mini van. From the moment I walked in, and from every conversation since, I have a lot of trust that I am not being bamboozled or sold anything extra. Their respect for women and their commitment to working with good morals is apparent in everything they do. I LOVE that this shop gives a digital update with work that needs to be done and has you approve everything first. That was really important for me and helped me build trust in this shop! Highly recommend!!

Can't say enough good things about the service and care I received after the battery and fuel pump needed to be replaced in my ice cream truck. They really went above and beyond to get me home and back in business again. Thank so much Anthony and staff for all your help and expertise. I prefer local business to auto dealers in servicing
my truck and have been bringing it to Brookshire Car care since it was new in ‘18. They always do a good job. I trust them to take care of it.

Chevy Traverse will ac issue, took it in to the shop and they got right on the issue. They also examined the overall condition of vehicle and made recommendations. They did all the approved work in a timely fashion and kept me in the loop regarding repair status. AC and all other issues were resolved and repair costs were very reasonable.
Trustworthy repair shops are hard to find. They fix what needs fixing and don't try to scam you into repairs you don't need.

Im new to the area, so I was a first time customer. I went for an oil change and inspection. I'm very happy, especially with the honesty. I was accidentally overcharged and would have never known it. It was caught and corrected by your staff after I left. The staff was friendly and held conversations with me while i waited, like i was a friend. I will now be a regular customer for all of my car needs!
