Well???? My local little Brookshire Brothers Grocery is having a grand reopening today. The only thing I see different is less employees and new self checkout. If I wanted self checkout I’d go to Walmart. Which I guess I’ll be doing. Companies wonder why employees are not loyal. I miss my friendly cashier.

I will never EVER spend another dime at this store. Since I moved from Louisiana after the hurricane to Brookshire Texas I have been going to this store nearly every day. I've also been using the pharmacy for my prescriptions. I have advanced COPD and my emergency inhaler is vital for my survival. I tried to cash a check there this morning so that I could pay $44 for my inhaler but was treated very rudely by the customer service lady who got on the intercom and scarcastically

I was looking for half cake of banana nut creme and the manager, which I didn’t know he was the manager until I checked out, was so kind to find it for me in the back. Those little things make a big difference in someone’s life. Thank you Jason for your kindness and you’re doing a great job in managing the store.

They have lost 2 more customers with the lack of care for their employees safety. which is sad since smaller chain grocery stores are dieing out. Essential workers should be treated well and your lack of support speaks volumes.

The kids running the store in McGregor took it upon themselves to close more than 30minutes early tonight. They were turning people away who needed food. I can’t believe this is how they treat the community during this freezing weather. Shame on you!!!
