“A man named Benny (I think) has went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions the first time I ever went to O’Reilly I went in because I was test driving a car I wanted to buy and he ran a car diagnostic check on it and told me whether I should buy the car or not and if the price is fair. He gave me honest and unbiased feedback. Then today I showed him my brand new car and he help me put the plates on the vehicle free of charge. Since I was missing tools to take off the bolts. He was very helpful and He wasn’t trying to sell me anything more than what I came in for. A1 customer service shoutout to benny (I think)”

“I ended up with a rather large puncture in my tire while traveling on 723 near this store last Wednesday (May 1st). The assistant manager on duty (horrible with names) was so nice and helped me put my spare tire on, as there was no fixing the issue with air leaking out of the tire very quickly. He saved my husband a 30+ minute trip over to help me take care of it. Customer service is hard to find these days, but was definitely greatly appreciated this evening.”
