The service is amazing , the speed is amazing , the attention they give is amazing ! Anytime I have an issue with my internet they come in less than 1 hour sometimes 15 minutes ! The people are awesome & the owner Steve is great always willing to make sure and get us right no matter what! I would pick Air over any wifi provider any day ! You will not regret it ! Both my wife and me work from home and on a call center and our internet is always top speed ! Thank you Air !

Hands down the worst internet service ever. Allmost every day about 10pm we loose internet. Every Saturday we loose inter net around 1:30 in the afternoon. I called last Saturday and they had me there device and it started working again. They said they woukd have a tech contact me. Well it is a week later and no contact and no internet again. I call and woke up the person that answers the phone and get told they are taking notes and a tech will contact me next week.

Definitely not worth the price since it's the same quality of internet service as the others in Brookshire that are cheaper. I used their service for several months but playing games online lag bad and service outages made me discontinue with them...

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous install and set-up! Greg and Jonathan were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job!Highly recommend! We FINALLY have internet we can use and they were so kind to make sure all our devices were set up and good to go! Super job AIR!!!!!!

I do not review often but in this case I feel like it's necessary. I signed up mostly because they do not have contracts with penalties or data caps like most internet service providers. Are they perfect? No. There has been outages. Their customer service is excellent though. I talked to "Devin" and he walked me through rebooting last time I went offline and he helped me fix my problem.

I used to have Xfinity internet. They advertised high internet speeds, but very obviously throttled during peak times. After changing over to AIR, I have never been throttled during peak times. Storms have caused outages, but the customer service team is quick to respond and let me know when internet will be restored.

Since the purchase of pecan internet service, this company scores lower than one star. it the worst on customer service, response time and reliability of internet service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if those things are important to you and your family. This AIR really stinks. from a loyal customer for the last 5 years.................THE OWNER, STEVEN GUY, CALLED ME BACK PERSONALLY AND IMMEDIATELY EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND TOOK MY IDEAS SERIOUSLY. HE IS THE SILVERLINING IN THE CHALLENGE OF NO INTERNET. I AM SURE HE WILL RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS WE ALL ARE FACING. HE ALSO CREDITED BACK MY JULY 2022 PAYMENT. HE HAS A GREAT HEART.
