Why I pay for prime when they send it through the post office that WON'T deliver to my house I don't know. I am so sick of driving 25 mins when I pay to have it sent to my house. They also report that they attempted delivery which is a lie and I have finally convinced Amazon they never attempted to deliver anything. I work from home. I have no reason to make a 40 min or longer trip to town and back. I never had this issue with any other post office.

They refuse to come down our road to deliver packages because we have a rock road, so instead we have to go pick them up. I have been waiting on a very important box and when we went to pick it up they gave us a box that wasn't even ours. Now I have to wait and hope they didn't give my box to someone else.

Worst customer service!!! A clerk named Mark was very rude when I was trying to complete international package address and declaration forms. Tossed a pen across the counter 4 times and was curt evertime I asked a question. There was only two other people in the counter area, so it wasn't because he was so busy. Horrible customer service!

They've been great for us so far! I was really nervous after moving away from seriously the greatest post office of all time, but the folks in Bridgeport have been kind, helpful, and consistent! Thanks y'all!

The post office does great deliveries. if i have a box they place on the back porch with my mail. with all the rain my packages and mail remained dry. Good job Usps in Bridgeport.

Terrible deliveries! Constantly mis-delivered mail and packages! When packages do arrive, they are placed right next to the street, instead of near the house! I wish we had better options, or ANY other options for regular deliveries! Still awaiting a package that was scanned as delivered, but was not delivered to my address! Also, when you request a mail hold to be delivered on a specified date, and the mail truck just drives on by.... WOW! UNACCEPTABLE!

Stop defacing mailboxes that do not belong to you. If you would have asked me about the house number missing, I would have told you why it wasn't on there yet. This does not give you the right to use a sharpie and scribble numbers on our brand new $400 mailbox, which by the way... didn't really help you at all since you delivered my neighbors mail to me today.

Post Master was VERY improfessional. I went in to ask why the mail lady wasn't taking our mail and he became very rude. Update: second experience was very poor as well. I stood and waited at the front desk for ten minutes as an older lady walked back and forth talking on the phone. She didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. Very rude. Most unpleasant post office I've ever experienced. I would rate it no stars if I could. The management really needs to check things over and hire new employees.

Two of the employees were very rude on two different days. A young woman with light hair was very sarcastic. And an older gentleman on the phone wouldn't even let me finish answering before he said very rudely "was it a postage? You need to give me something to work with."
