Will try everything not to release it so they can keep it.There is no excuse for any human being to ever act or treat people how she does. If I could give minus stars I would. I had an accident on Saturday and the cop refused to let me use my tow company to get my car. They called ricks to picked up my car and when I called to find out when I could come get my car they refused to let me pick it up till Monday so I had to pay more. They we so unprofessional and disrespectful. They all had horrible attitudes. If you don't like your job then find a new one but if you are taking money from people at least be respectful. I am glad I have AAA because they helped me so much more. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I called needing a tow and they showed up within 5 minutes. Let me sit in the truck with the ac, while waiting for my ride to get there. Very friendly, very courteous an overall wonderful experience.

I am from out of town and my car broke down. Rick’s team was an absolute blessing. I was completely lost on what to do or how the insurance process works. They helped me through the whole path. I would recommend this company to anyone! The tow truck person was so kind and waited for our ride and helped make sure we got everything we needed. Definitely a 5 star team!

The gentleman Tim that came out to help us move our car was so helpful and caring for our situation I honestly couldn't and wouldn't recommend any other tow truck driver and I will most definitely be asking for him if I ever find myself needing a tow

My son and I ran off the road from person on the shoulder otw to appt at cooks in Fort Worth!l Most upsetting of course. Guy who picked car up had a card for a "taxi" that was going to charge 100.00 plus to get us to cooks! Then a very nice man gave us a ride so we called the "taxi" to cancel even though told by him that he was 2 minutes away! Turns out they guy was still 20 min out HAdnt even left his house! Lol! Next day, I tried to deal w Ins co called this place ONCE where my car had been towed (not even given choice on towing services despite my request!) ) to check on cost to tow it home! Arrived to this place met by about 5-6 employees or ??? Never treated so rudely! Yes it's 2:00 on thanksgiving EVE! So sorry! This guy was a complete rude unsympathetic so called business man! I was handed a business card thought it was for me to write a check! Rudely told OHHH NO CHECK! CASH OR CREDIT CARD! NO BIGGIE BUT REALLY? Got the documentation they needed! Then told tires were "blown out" . I know they were not cuz DPS wanted me to drive it sure wish I had!! But biggest kick was when he said my son and his friend could push it!! Lol! I thought ohh yeah I'll pay this place and I'll push it OUT myself if I have to!! Idc how long u have been in business common courtesy, respect and simple kindness goes a long long way! Turns out paid them close to 400.00 For that one way pick up to throw in their junk yard for less than 24 hours!!! Fortunately, WE got it off that yard all by ourselves! Ohh and btw to a place where car was garaged! NO CHARGE!! Maybe a plus was fact they stayed bit past thanksgiving eve (2:30 on weds) ! I would NEVER recommend them!By the way that 24/7 is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Lol SO GLAD we didn't use them had ZERO choice night before despite my request!!!

We got stuck outside Bridgeport with a flat. On a Sunday. We were working through roadside assistance with our insurance company, and they contacted Rick's. Rick called us to clarify where we were, what we needed, where we needed to go, etc. His wife even made some phone calls on our behalf to see if any place was open. The driver (Calvin??) showed up and was so friendly and patient and helped us figure out our best option - stay in Decatur overnight (cause, Sunday). He took us to our hotel and then dropped our vehicle off at the tire shop so it would be there first thing the next morning. I don't recommend being stuck on the side of the road on a Sunday afternoon, but if you are, DO NOT HESITATE to contact Rick's. Thank you both for taking some of the anxiety off of a stressful situation!

every year i need an inspection the place i went to the year prior in no longer doing inspections, its been this way every year in Bridgeport. three years ago it was the case here, they told me they were not doing inspections any longer. this year the place next door was no longer doing inspections so came back here and found they were doing inspections again but the guy that does them was out running the tow truck, after an hour wait i finally got my inspection, it was quick and painless and they dont nitpick you to death like other places in Bridgeport.

I am not a man of many words therefore I will simply say that Rick's is Wise County's absolute best when you need a vehicle transported. They are pretty good at Auto repair as well.
