I had my back breaks replaced a few months ago, I was given a price of $582.00 and when I went to pick up my car the price changed to $741.00! I was shocked to find that out! I will not be doing business there anymore.

My niece's truck overheated while she was in town and Rick Patterson's Auto Service was the only shop who was willing to squeeze us in before the weekend. Repairs were quick and thorough, they even found a shoddy patch job on a hose which likely led to the overheating.I really appreciated their flexibility, attention to detail and recommendations on a couple additional concerns we had with the truck. It's been a couple weeks and the truck is running great!

Rick was very responsive. Our van was leaking gas from the fuel tank area. The quickly diagnosed the issue, provided an estimate, and upon approval ordered the new fuel pump. We were able to pick up the van the next day. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Can't say enough about the customer service! He was quick to answer my questions over the phone. He came to my house towed the vehicle, found the issues, and made the repairs all in the same day!! Saved the day!! Not to mention the cost was very reasonable. This is where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on.
