I have called 4 times to resolve a billing issue and NO has returned a call to assist me. I will be changing providers.When it was United Propane it was great, now that it is Pinnacle Propane it is a nightmare!

Don't waste your time. Was told they are not taking any new customers anytime soon.Sounds like a great business plan to me

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would! You can not even get anyone to answer the phone to set up delivery, MUCH LESS AN EMERGENCY, and NO, you cannot schedule anything online from the Bridgeport facility because it is no where on that website as an option! TOTAL TRASH COMPANY! BETTER GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
