We bought a used refrigerator from them. They cleaned the refrigerator, delivered it and hauled away our old refrigerator for a very reasonable price. The staff and owner were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Ken’s to anyone looking for new or used appliances.

He sold my mom a defective stove, one of the burners did not work. We called and asked him if he could fix the stove or change it out with one that worked and he refused. So we requested that he take back the stove and return old one. He was very rude when he showed up he demanded more money or he would not return the stove, he was very unprofessional and said he would never do business with us again. We just wanted a working product, don’t go here unless you like getting screwed around on broken stuff.

Should have gone here before Lowe’s, had a very unpleasant dealing with Lowe’s , walked in Kens and just like that washer was in stock and delivery the same day. Thanks so much for great service.

Not a good experience! I took my heavy duty mower here for repairs and routine maintenance. They had the mower for a month and kept putting me off when I called. Finally Ken said they couldn't find the info to fix it, even though they say they are an authorized repair shop for my brand. I went to pick up my mower and get my $53.00 deposit back. Now, they say it is ready to go! But they had not done the maintenance at all. The repair tech tightened the drive chain and it worked for about one hour then the transmission shaft snapped off. A new transmission is almost $400.00. My mower is now sitting in my garage, not usable at all. Maybe other people are happy with this repair shop, but I would not recommend it !

Bring a lawyer with you. This dealer sold me a defective refrigerator. He agreed to fix it but would not contact me for a mutually convenient time to do so. I returned the unit and asked for a refund. He would not pay so I took him to court. The local judge ruled in his favor. When I contacted the dealer about picking up the unit he said I had to pay storage fees. I took him to court again and lost again. The judge awarded him $366 in storage fees. I had to pay to have the unit picked up so I am out about $566 above the cost of the unit, not including the food that went bad. Go to McNeil's in Denton. They are honest.

I returned the unit and asked for a refund which he would not pay. I took him to small claims and the local judge rules in his favor. I contacted him to pick up the unit and he told me I had to pay him storage fees. I took him to court again and lost again. Total investment: $900 for unit. $366 storage fees.$292 in court costs $200 to pick up unit by trucker and unknown for food that spoiled. Go to McNeil's in Denton. They are honest people.

Drop off a stihl chainsaw to be work on , it’s been there over 8 weeks I kept calling to see when it was going to be ready they kept saying the part is on order he told me he had my chainsaw all apart fixing to put on a carburetor he never work on it it just sat there so I just went up there got my saw I will never go here again the service parts sucks!!!
