Common courtesy doesn’t have to be a struggle for a company in which customer service is supposed to be your focus. Let someone else answer the phone that actually wants to help people. Rudeness is never necessary.

Just wanted to share our experience at this..... shop by far the best price for a break and rotor fix in bridgeport a very speedy service done in a couple hours very satisfied with Alan's shop will be coming back again ?

You couldn't ask for a better repair shop!Veteran family in traveling with a time deadline. We noticed that our rear brakes were making an awful noise. We knew what the issue was, new pads and maybe a rotor. They opened at 7am and got straight to work. No up selling. Just solid and kind service, done right and safe. Great brothers in Christ! Don't ask stupid questions though, you might get mandatory stupid answers!

They did a pressure test on a chrome radiator. Handled it very carefully. Good job.

They conducted work without providing me a verbal or written estimate like we had discussed, which is illegal in most states (but not Texas) and immoral in all of them. When I admonished the owner for using deceptive business practices, he became belligerent, profane, and aggressive. Spent twice as much for a diagnostic test as quotes I received from other vendors, and still did not get a complete picture of what was wrong with the vehicle. The price was not egregiously excessive, and I would have had no issue if they had just given me a heads up on the cost prior to doing the work. This was a pretty small job, but I would be reluctant to utilize this shop other than in an emergency situation, as it is difficult to trust the character of someone who would employ these types of unscrupulous tactics and then can’t control their temper when called out on it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had my truck worked on for a head and I drove it for a day and and broke down took off the head and had a bolt stuck in the valve it shouldn’t d have to take a couple of high school students to do a better job than y’all and when I tried to call they keep ignoring me and y’all call y’all’s self a auto shop that’s Pathetic

Terrible service, would not go to this shop. They do not know what they are talking about and gave me attitude for just simply asking for a question. I also heard from one of my friends that they destroyed one of his engine heads. Avoid this shop at all costs.

A student of mine recently bought a vehicle that had a camshaft replaced in this shop, after driving the vehicle for 1 day it broke down. After diagnosing the issue we found a dead cylinder. once the head was removed we found a bolt that was dropped and lodged itself into the exhaust valve. after calling several times to discuss possible warranty on work performed they get defensive and hang up on you. if you want your vehicle repaired properly DO NOT go here
