Horrible service, the dark haired lady was absolutely miserable. When I spoke to what I think was the owner, he said everyone was having a bad day. I guess so. Poor excuse. I have worked retail for 25 years and you just don't treat your customers/neighbors like that.

I cannot say enough great things about Valu-Rite Pharmacy, Christian Books & Gifts in Bridgeport. Their entire staff is so accommodating and quickly get my meds when my sick baby is waiting. It’s not easy working in healthcare, especially a retail pharmacy . Their employees give exceptional customer service every time! THANK YOU!

I have been doing business at Valu Rite for many years never been dissatisfied. On Monday I went in to do some shopping was asked by three employees if they could help me with something one of the ladies spent time showing me a few things new. That is what I call great customer service!

When I moved here four months ago, I had one prescription. The staff at Valu-rite were friendly, welcoming to the community--they knew my name the second time I came in--and the price was a fraction of what I had been paying. Since then, I have had emergency eye surgery and needed several prescriptions. The staff have gone the extra mile to serve me and collaborate with the surgeon's office. Thank you, Valu-Rite!
