TERRIBLE LANDLORDS!!!! they will charge you for everything!!! My rent is supposed to be $1095 a month but somehow they end up charging me $1250-$1500 a month EVERY MONTH. they are thieves. Do not move here!

Me and my husband love it here. They are very good about returning phone calls and emails. Every time I have put in a work order they always fix it whatever it is. I would highly recommend this place. They are very accommodating if you communicate with them.

Unfortunately If I could give this complex 0 stars I would, communication between management is truly awful, work orders will state completed when they haven’t been, messages go unanswered and we had a big issue with a foul smell coming from the A/C airways. my partner had just under gone surgery and we felt there may have been mildew or possible mold in the airways, when we expressed our concern management was dismissive, we tried to file for early termination due to my partners health and the condition of the air quality in the apartment, we were denied and instead Brian angrily came into the apartment and said he didn’t smell anything and it was just dirt build up. Management is rarely on site and most work orders or emails take weeks to be addressed or answered. We were very un pleased with our experience at creekside, would not recommend.

If I could give them negative stars, I would have. This creekside apartment is one of the worst apartments we have ever lived at. After giving 60 days notice and paying in full, we left the apartment handing the keys to a fellow neighbor since they don't have an office and suggested we do so.They tried to charge us for returning the keys late because they picked up the keys late and didn't even inform that they had put it collections. We called multiple times a day everyday with no response. We emailed them multiple times with no response. They didn't even reimburse us for the 2 nights we had to stay at a hotel because they didn't have the unit ready by the move in date as promised. We had 4 straight days of no A/C during peak summer. Our experience with this property has been terrible. These people are here to make a quick buck but don't realize that people are key to maintaining long term relationships. The units are overpriced for the quality of rental unit and on top of that, they do not believe in doing the right thing. And please be aware that when you vacate the unit u will be slammed with cleaning charges like u were renting at the Ritz Carlton.

Scammers......Definitely a zero star apartment complex company. They lie and make up stories about their property being damaged upon move out but when we told them that those damages such as hole in the microwave glass and broken outlets were there right from the beginning and that we had submitted the 48 hour checklist with their employee, Gregg, they said he never submitted it. Since they never reached out to us ever regarding the 48 hour checklist, we assumed they had received it. Now they not only don't want to return our deposit, they are charging us extra for the damages. Horrible people. Brian, the owner promised me that he would reimburse for the hotel stay due to their negligence, never even did that.They always had problems with A/C. Nasty foul smell due to negligence for daysI do not recommend anyone to move here.

Nicely update apartment. Owners have done a great job updating the exterior and interior. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of green space to walk dogs.

This apartment complex does not willingly refund your deposit. You can do everything humanly possible and make no errors on your part, and they will still deny any money that is rightfully yours. Shame on you turkey creek apts!
