First two words that come to mind are TOP NOTCH. Our primary care DVM referred us to Dr. Bill McGee for endoscopy and/or CT scan on our dog. Everything went so well, and Dr. McGee called us with a detailed update right away, no questions were left unanswered. My dog was treated with care, and their fees are absolutely fantastic. I VERY highly recommend Bridgeport Animal Hospital!

I showed up on Monday morning with no appointment. My dog wasn't eating or drinking. I had tried to get him looked at on Saturday at Decatur Vet. (Big joke. They are worthless) Bridgeport Animal Hospital got us right in. They diagnosed him with pneumonia. Less than an hour later, we walked out with fluid administrated and a prescription. The doctor called to check on Dutch and give some suggestions. Dutch is almost back to himself. I'm am so grateful to this Animal Hospital.

Wonderful place, however incredibly disorganized. They were unable to tell me when a dog had been picked up and by whom and also created a fake balance in order to double charge us by stating the dog was still in their possession even tho it had been picked up several days prior. It took the manager over a week to “look into it,” and we ended up having to do a charge back since they refused to reverse the double charge (which was several hundred more than the original bill). Still would recommend, but I wouldn’t pay cash to them in the event that this may happen to you as well.

Dr. MaGhee took great care of our Sadie when she got ran over and broke her foot. We dropped her off on a Monday, for surgery on Tuesday. He called us Monday evening to let us know what we were up against. He did her surgery that evening and gave us another call after the surgery to let us know how it went. He takes time to exam her, listen to our issues encountered, and never hesitated to tell us to bring her in to make sure she was ok. The staff is so nice, caring and professional. You can’t get any better than this.

Normally I do not leave reviews, however I feel like this time I need to leave a review. Dr. McGee takes his time to throughly explain things. He never seems rushed. His staff is kind and friendly. The clinic is immaculately clean. This clinic is absolutely awesome.
