K9 Devine knows my babies well. I have two smaller dogs and a medium special needs dog. All 3 love going there. I bring them twice a month for grooming and each time I am satisfied with the outcome. The staff is beyond sweet, caring and helpful. The facility is clean and always hopping with adorable furbabies. This place is like family and my go to!On a special note: I would like to add our special needs dog, when we rescued him, had aggression issues. With the help of K9 Devine, he is a socially active, sweet boy now. He has learned how to dog.

Nice place, friendly receptionist, and got us in the very next day. We have a Miniature Schnauzer and asked for a certain style, not to touch the beard, along with a few more things.We picked our little girl up and right away noticed the beard had been trimmed and one one side her beard is cut and not the other side. It was still long. Lots of long pieces left on her ears as well.I wish that when a person requests certain things to not be cut, then please listen to what the owner wants. Its their dog, it’s not the groomers.The face was the only area we had a small issue with. Overall the body came out great!!I would recommend them, it’s not the end of the world, hair does grow back.Please though, closer attention to what the owner of the pet is requesting or not wanting done or what they do want done. That is the key to having customers return to a business.It could also turn out as a loss of returning business or possibly even passing up the opportunity to say a positive word to others about your business.

They took great care of our dog during break. Even when he ran out of food they provided some atboarding. He got a bath peior to pickup as well. Will definitely go back for future boardings.

Staff was so friendly and Geno who’s usually skeptical of new people took right to them. I left very pleased and will keep using them for his grooming services.
