Malpractice . Took in 2 bottle baby goats with uri and infected umbilical cord and to get them dibudded. The vet did not bother listening to the lungs and just gave them medication and send us on our way. The place was disgusting and dirty . Didnt even took weight. He stopped eating 2 hrs after we got home , I called in the morning to see if they can see them. They said the vet will call me back which never did. Went back to my regular vet which is Beard Navasota and I never had problems with them. I asked them to send me medical record and they told me they did not write anything down besides the invoice. dad is the absolute worst veterinarian practice! The front desk very unhelpful

WORST VETS EVER. You should be ashamed of yourselves to even consider yourselves vets. I walk in with two traumatized and distressed German Shepherds who need their rabie vaccines. My 9 y/o is screaming and hollering bc he's in so much distress. The brunette at the front desk is laughing and rolling her eyes with a black girl who keeps mocking my distressed dogs and giving me looks. Ahhh, gotta love brenham. Black supremacists and ignorant whites who think that seeing a dog in distress is funny. I was so aggravated that I took my dogs and left. I called, spoke to the brunette with a very piss poor attitude, and explained why I left and when is the first time I can come in the following morning. She said 8 am. I was there at 750 and saw everyone come in. One idiotic vet, old white man with white hair made a comment about my smaller dogs trauma that morning. He made a very snarky, rude, ignorant comment (surprise surprise) saying that he hates dogs that come in the morning who get everyone riled up all day. Well Wunderlich or the other one, idk, the OLD MAN, let me tell you something, my female is 1 which means she's 7 in dog years since I'm sure your feeble mind didnt know that. How in the hell would you act if you were 7, got taken away from your mother for 100 hours, trapped in a cage, with screaming and crying 24/7. Probably not too f^^^ing well, huh? Take your dogs right up the road to Creekside. They're brilliant, have hearts, and aren't the bottom of the barrel WT vets.

This vet clinic is the best. I have been taking my cats to them for several years. All the docs are great to work with and are very compassionate when it comes time for your fur baby to cross over the rainbow bridge. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for vet services.

I have dealt with WCAC for 20+ years. They take excellent care of my dogs, cat and my cattle. They are Compassionate especially when it came to putting down our 12 year old Aussie. Their staff is very professional and service is amazing. I recommend them to all my friends.

We've used Washington Animal Clinic for all of our large and small animal needs since 2012, and there has never been a time when we've been dissatisfied with the service. Although busy, the veterinarians, the supporting staff, and the front office staff work hard to meet every need and have never disappointed us. They are the best, and we can't imagine working with a better team.

If I could 1/2 star I would. Worst customer service EVER! Requested xrays be sent to my vet from a horse I purchased; had to call several times and xrays still were never sent. Receptionist are rude and very unhelpful. I'm glad I don't live there. Hope their patient care is better.

I've been taking my cats (currently 5 of them) to this vet clinic for about 15 years. They don't serve coffee, or send birthday cards to my cats . . . but I don't care about that stuff. They've always given my pets excellent care; and they've been considerate of costs when that's been a concern. Their front desk staff is courteous even when they're really busy. Highly recommended.

Really appreciate the vet helping me with concerns regarding my two horses who are showing signs of colic. He was extremely informative, listened to me address my concerns and helped me come up with a plan to help prevent things getting worse. Hopefully boys my boys start feeling better over the next few days. I would like to add I was a walk in with no appointment and I also want to thank the staff as well for providing me with all the emergency contacts and names of who could be reached. I would highly recommend this group!

OUTSTANDING care for my livestock. I've used them for 15 years and will continue to do so in the future. In addition my parents drove all the way from inner city Houston to get decent prices on getting a tumor removed. Dog recovered very well and has lived for years after!

This is one of the best veterinary clinics I've ever taken my dog to and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone and have! My dog fell down the stairs on a Sunday and Dr. Buenger met me at the clinic 20 minutes after I called. Dr Terry Wunderlich is his vet and is wonderful with my dog. If he can't see him the day I call and it's an emergency (which it usually is to ME), one of the other vets always sees him. I've used vets in Houston and surrounding areas for 40 years and this group is one of the best I've taken my dogs to and the most responsive. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I love this place and Dr. Terry. He always spends whatever time is needed with my precious Westie and never seems rushed to get to the next patient.

Never in my life have I had to listen to a more rude and ill compassionate person over the phone today. My puppy's stickers came out and she needed immediate care. I called them to attempt to get care and the person who answered was the worst person to talk to when your animal is bleeding in your arms. I can't express the horrible feeling I had with a woman yelling at me over the phone. None of my babies will ever go her and I sincerely hope that no one else has to experience this. You should be beyond ashamed.

WAC has wonderful vets and I have been going here for years. I have goats and dogs so I see both the Wunderlich's and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals! All the clinic staff is helpful and pleasant to work with!!! The actions of one vet who no longer works there does not make the clinic!
