The front desk clerk was helpful, but the loading yard was almost useless. There were no other customers, yet it took them an hour to load our trailer with 6 different items.

Everyone was so helpful in making recommendations, calculations, etc. Product is excellent quality (lumber and trim), loaded and ready for install. No more trying to pick through pieces at "box stores".
