Refused to give a "guaranteed" overnite letter refund for letter delivered to the wrong adress making it late. I printed out the info from the USPS tracking app showing it delived to a different location than on my reciept. Didn't matter. This lady claimed "they" required her to use "google" . What does that even mean?? I asked her to print that out to compare to my proof and she refused. She was drunk on power as she denied my claim. Not worth high blood pressure, Is worth not going back.

Lazy careless drivers feel these are acceptable places to leave my packages. Never had an issue with the previous driver(s). The one box was left like that IN THE RAIN. Our porch is easily accessible and not very far from the road, they’re just too lazy to get out and walk.

I went mid-morning, being able to park close to The Front Door. At this time, the line was short. Mail Workers were friendly, knew what I needed to mail & promptly sold me what I needed. The Post Office was not crowded at mid- morning.

Delivery for Amazon as secondary deliverer is late and subpar. Carrier left our order of books in a puddle by the gate instead of walking it to the door.

There have been several times this post office has failed to deliver my packages. It is usually because the package will not fit inside the mailbox. I order goods online, and most of the time, the package is too large for the mailbox. Other carriers have no problem leaving the packages at the gate. However, the route drivers for USPS apparently have an issue with that as maybe they will deliver, and maybe they won't. It's a 50/50 chance. This last time, they put a blank slip in my box that says they are sorry they missed me. I was at home all day. I went to the company website that I ordered from, and it says they attempted to deliver, but the mailbox was full and that they would attempt redelivery. It's now two days later, and yet nothing. I pay a premium to have this shipped quickly and with on time home delivery. This USPS office fails miserably.

Had a small amazon package delivered to the lock box with the package open with no merchandise in it. I thought that would been a red flag for USPS !

Letter delivered to wrong address has been on mail box for 4 days clearly visible, and no one has picked it up or delivered mail in that time period.

I don't know who sorts the mail but at home and at work I am getting someone else's mail DAILY. I can't tell you the amount of things that have not made it to my house. Get it together.

Short Saturday hours. Drove all the way to Brenham on a Saturday because I was expecting four important letters in my PO Box via informed delivery. I arrived at 11:00 on the dot. They weren’t in the box. I simply wanted to ask if the mail had been delivered and could clearly hear the workers in the back but they ignored me. Not worth the $200 a year I pay for a PO Box.

Friendly weekday staff. However delivery misplaces packages frequently. The office removed their drop box - big pain. And worst of all, they shortened their Saturday hours, when all other post offices stay open until noon. I'm sick that a package that had to go out today can't, because I showed up at 11:05.

Just moved to Texas and went in to mail a few letters and packages and was told they weren’t accepting packages to mail that day. I asked if I could just drop off the letters and they said those were considered packages. Both people at the desk were very dismissive. It was strange.
