The customer service lady found me (which is great when it doesn't have to be the other way around) and was such a godsend! She helped me pick the right equine products I needed and didn't make me feel rushed at all. It had been a hectic day and I was appreciative of her friendly, knowledgeable help.

I generally thought that most things were more expensive here, but when I started comparing with local box store, I found that at least some of the things I buy were about the same price. I don't think you could find a friendlier staff. I'm new to the area and have been to this store a handful of times and every single time, they've just been super friendly and helpful. I can get in and out of here way quicker than the big stores. I also tried the "buy online" option. That was super easy and fast. I walked in, went to the register, the cashier quickly grabbed my stuff and I was out of there in less than a minute.

Worst experience at a tractor supply store ever. Just needed to get propane, they were under staffed, which I understand, but when told by Bridget, when I came in and said good morning that it will be some time before I get any help. She was just plain rude and unpleasant. Really unfortunate

we buy dog food & bird seed here. The staff is very helpful, getting large bags to your car, & there are so many options to choose in both categories.
