There is a very good reason this place has an awful rating! The old lady is salty and rude. The old guy is just as bad. Was cursed at by ownership for daring to ask them not to block the exit with their cars.
Moved my stuff to Dixie Street Storage.

Zero stars. I was told to be at location by 4:45pm to get my rental, I was there on time, with verified call logs and time stamps. Closes already and no phone answer. Old man coped an attitude with me and claimed his clock that he had set fast is what he went by. Don’t do business here. Absolute trash heap.

Make sure not to pick up your U-haul anywhere around lunch time because they will be gone.. waste of time

Please do NOT do business at this location.I returned a UHAUL on a Sunday at 10:12 am when scheduled at 10:00am. (due to refueling) This location charged me $44.00 at 9:59 am for being late. (Full day rate)There were 2 other trucks the same size in the yard, so obviously not an inconvenience .They were CLOSED on arrival so even used the UHAUL app to do my own check in (even though app kept crashing)I requested an explanation/ dispute for the charge, NO ONE ever offered an explanation, the location just finalized the charge.If these are their business ethics, I would hate to think of how they would treat their storage patrons.Once again, I ask, please make a stand. Avoid doing business here.-Thank You
