We have had wonderful experiences at Philips Veterinary Hospital in Brenham. Our vet tech, Jalynn, was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate in her delivery of difficult care instructions for my brother’s sick dog. Dr. Adamcik was kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, leading the way to the best medical (and cost effective) solution in a challenging, time constrained situation. The staff is friendly and always so helpful and understanding. We are very grateful for the service and care we receive at Philips Veterinary Hospital.

In my life, I have never seen people so inconsiderate and rude than the people working there. Last night, we were closed to the location in the middle of an expected storm and all alarms were sounding for an imminent tornado in the area and ordering to go to a shelter. Me and my family stopped at that location since it was the only thing around and we weren't the only ones. Once we entered, the lady in the front told us all that we needed to leave because they were closing even though there was literally a tornado outside. Fortunately none of us left the building because there was no way to. They said that the owner didn't want anybody in the building. I wonder that if they treat people like that, how are they treat your pets when you bring them for a service. I am a business owner and if anybody walks into my business during a storm I will gladly open the doors for them and offer whatever they need especially if it's a mandate to take shelter.

My first time here. It will be our new Veterinarian clinic. It’s much different than our small town vet in California. I was just curious about how they check your pet, but after some tests a proper conclusion was made. They have very friendly staff and the Dr. we saw was extremely thorough. Made Marcus all well.

We recently switched from our old vet to Philips, and the difference is night and day. From the very beginning, we, and especially our pets, were treated with so much patience, kindness, and empathy. We wish we had switched sooner since now, taking our pups to the vet isn't a stress inducing experience.

This facility is great. We took our dog to 2 other vets in the waller area and he didn't have anything, so what they said. Brought him hear and they found the problem, he was very ill and was dying slowly. 1 of the other vets said he can put him down without knowing the problem but he said it so cruel. Because of his illness we decided to put him down and Dr Adamcik was very gentle & he passed peacefully. I highly recommend them.
