This store lost my respect when I went to visit the kittens available for adoption. There were a group of orange kittens in one space and they were suckling on one of their siblings. This behavior can be dangerous and they wouldn't leave their poor sibling alone. Nobody separated these siblings, which is a red flag. These kittens should have been placed in a foster home so someone can help the kittens break this habit of suckling.

It is what it is an overpriced pet store. The employees are very nice and it's clean. I went there to compare pricing on no pull harnesses. Their pricing is nearly double that of other stores,Chewy and Amazon. I usually will pick up a few toys when I go, but not this time. Price too high, not great selection as in other stores. Doubt, I'll be going back..

When asking if they had iguanas the girl was just rude about it and not helpful, or didn’t try to help me I wanted a reptile for my toddler but I just left because they were clearly bothered by me asking just because she was stocking items.

We do our beginner dog training with Ash here we every Saturday. Ash is wonderful worth the dogs and our Rosie has really come a long way since she began training with Ash at 17 weeks old!!!
