Great customer service. Thanks Ashley. They ordered me a specialty size base board moulding which nobody carries in stores. The price was more than 30% less than Lowes and Home Depot. They also allowed me to order 1 piece instead of the minimum of 2 from the competitors saving me $50. Thanks again for making it easy

I accepted a job from the Brenham, TX location. I was in the job market and was offered a better opportunity and I accepted due to having children to provide for. I was told by this store manager to never apply here again and he hung up on me out of anger simply because I accepted a higher paying position. Very immature in my opinion and he should know this is not standard practice across the workforce.

Do not trust McCoys in Brenham, TX. They delivered the wrong materials and would not accept a return as it had been past 30 days. Funny they delivered the wrong fencing. #1 rule in business, don’t make your problems my problems.

Don't rely on their website for stocking numbers. you'll show up and they won't have anything available even if the website says they do.
