We went to Lowes today to purchase a washing machine. Lexi gave us excellent customer service today and stayed patient with us the entire time and we were definitely not easy. She had a smile on her face the entire time and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Lowe's you have a gem in Lexi!

George the assistant store manager provided my parents with exceptional customer service. He was respectful, courteous and very considerate of their age and safety. If we can figure out how to notify corporate we definitely will. My parents came for refund regarding an item purchased and not delivered as scheduled and had caused them much stress and frustration. They left the store very grateful for Georges customer service values.

You might as well shut down the website if you are going to show 52 2x6x12 treated in stock and have none in the store. I drove 30 miles to pick them up. Store personnel were smart enough to tell me the web site was wrong and they had nothing to do with it.

Ordered a1/2” impact driver w/battery charger & case that’s on sale online. What I received was a 1/4” impact driver. Called customer service back a said Brenham had the right item. When I got there they had pulled a 1/2” drill driver. Ask to speak to manager & he refused to come out. DEFINITELY A CASE OF FALSE ADVERTISING. SEE HOW MANY OTHERS HAVE THIS ISSUE.

I actually work at a competitor to this Lowe’s, but came here because they sell decently priced utility trailers. Stephanie at customer service and Cheyenne were friendly and extremely helpful in getting me all set to take home a brand new trailer.
