A huge shout out to Paige in the floral department. She made a beautiful arrangement for our 45th anniversary. She was very good at picking out the arrangement and then patiently rearranged them in a beautiful display. Well done young lady. My wife loved them! Thank you. ??

I can't speak highly enough for our HEB store here in Brenham people that work there or so polite and courteous and the food is the quality is second-to-none and the prices9 are very reasonable so I can't rate it high enough thank you

The upgrade seemed to make this store even busier and more crowded without improving the size. Customers are unfriendly and grumpy because of the stress in this store. They definitely made the parking lot smaller. Is there really a need for a cart corral on every single row?
Curb side employees have gotten so rude, they cut in front of you, block the aisles, walk on the wrong side. The cashiers all seem more interested in their phones, gossiping, and flirting instead of doing their job.

All in all I love H‑E‑B, it’s my go to grocery store. But recently I had forgotten my wallet, but I figured “hey, we live in 2024 they should have tap pay so I can use my phone.” Sadly this is not the case. I had to walk out with very upset kids and drive 45 mins back home to retrieve my wallet because this H‑E‑B is living in the past, even with the remodel.

This review is specific to the bakery. I ordered a birthday cake 1 week in advance and the cake I received today tasted as if it was probably made a week ago, frozen and then taken out of the freezer and iced today. I am extremely unhappy with the cake I was given. It is dry and it is apparent that it is old. We were all disappointed. Do better HEB bakery.

Usual great HEB establishment. HEB grocery chain should be the gold standard in my opinion. Parking is pretty tight and be cautious of the vehicles driving too fast through the parking lot.
Sealy Texas really needs an HEB!!!

Couldn't find some items, and others were disappointing.
