We wanted to take a moment to share a few kudoes. Monday, the 29th, while returning from a week long trip in our travel trailer, we encountered a blow out on on the right rear trailer tire. (Not a Discount Tire product).
I and a kind sumaritian who stopped to help, got the blown tire out pretty quickly. My wife and I decided to change out all four of the Chinese tires that were on the trailer. We found Discount Tire (DT) in Brenham Texas, about 35 miles from us and gave them a call.
Chris, answered my call and quickly confirmed he had the correct Goodyear tire in stock and would pull them out of inventory till we arrived. I called him again about 10 miles out, to confirm where wanted me to park. He told me not to worry he would be there to quide us in. I called one more time about a mile out and talked to Brian who told me they were ready and were watching form my arrival.
While they were obviously pretty busy at that moment, they accomodated our arrivel quickly. As the shop Techs began taking off the old tires Zac called me over to show me a lug nut that was beginning to flare, making it almost impossible to get a socket on it. He volunteered to go see if they had solid lug nuts. Soon the manager, who's name I wrote down as Key came back to confirm they had them. We changed those out as well.
The whole change out of tires and lugs took about an hour and we were back on the road again.
I was very very impressed with DT Brenham's customer service, professionalism, willingness to answer my questions, accomodating and friendly attitude, and overall response to what could have turned out to be a most stressful day. Bottom line, we felt all of those guys we made contact with yesterday were great guys who made us very very comfortable while there. They were Service Professionals in my mind.
We give them all 5 stars for their "Service Excellence". Thank you guys, from the bottom of our hearts. We made it home with no further incidents.

They were very fast getting my car in and out. I also saw how they scratched my wheels by sliding on concrete. They weren't the best, but they really look bad now. They also put the wrong tires on my car. They gave me RZ when I purchased R. I may reconsider next time.

Honestly not mad about a hour long wait. All of the men working the moon shift on Saturday could run a train on me if they wanted. I’m just happy to watch them work.

I had a bad leak on my way to Houston and I pulled in as they were closing. I told them I needed a patch and they took it back and quickly got me fixed up. As I was about to pay for the service, the young man smiled and told me there was no charge and wished me safe travels home. For Discount Tire to have this way of service to people, hats off to the company. For these young men to help someone out with a smile, mad props to them. Thank you Brenham Discount Tire!

Discount Tire has been my go to for tires and tire issues for years. I had an issue with new tires mounted on bad rims causing air leakage. I was very surprised that Discount isn't charging to remount my new tires on new rims. The staff are always respectful, courteous and knowledgeable which means it's very well managed. Thank you Brenham Discount Tire.

Trailer blew out two tires on the frwy on the way to Houston. Took the rims in and they had us back on the road in no time.

It was time for new tires today, and I was truly happy with the service I received at this Discount Tire location. They were very busy, so I was given an appointment time of 4p. My car was finished in less than an hour and was ready to go. Would send my mom here if she lived nearby.

I just had to share my experience here!
I’m from Louisiana and this isn’t my first time at a discount tire shop but this is my first time at BRENHAM Discount Tire. I moved here a few months ago and noticed my tire had a goose egg in it and was in need for a new one. I get to the store and they assess my tire and realized it’s much worse than expected as my tire was separating, meaning it was going to blow any minute. I was trying to use Klarna, as I had expressed I am strapped for cash as I'm still trying to get back on my feet. Klarna wasn’t working and I was in a bit of hurry so I was planning to come back at a later time, but bc of how bad the tire was Dylan took care of me and gave me the tire to ensure my safety. Bc of his kind gesture I will be coming here anytime I need a new tire. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service.
