As we were leaving another gentleman came out, and said they would make it. We were stunned, as we had traveled a long way. They exceeded our expectation. We will surely do business again there. “First tim visiting Brenham Quality Meat Market and i was amazed st the selection, quality and service. I purchased various items to try. One of the items was liver, I personally like liver but have not been able to find liver cut thin. Tonight i cooked the liver, it was the best I have eaten in years, clean tasting , thin, and tender. I know it is not for everyone but if you like it, this is the market to buy it, i am anxious to try the breakfast sausage, pork steaks, boudin, chuck roast and other meats that I purchased and from the reviews i imagine i will not be diappointed. I will definetley be making my meat purchases here from now on.”
