Fast and easy. Come from the west side 290 business exit to right on Jackson. Entrance is on the right on Jackson. Do not follow trucker path entrance to facility you will miss your turn and have to drive around the block and come back.

20 mins late and these guys said to come back next day for 1 pallet, but they don't have answer when trucks are held of long waiting's to unload. DO NOT recommend this place.

I’ll confirm what they say here.I had an appointment for 4:30 AM (Water), I arrived at 10:00 PM the day before.You won't be greeted sooner, but you can Sleep on Key St between the last building on the left and Ryder.If it's water, don't move from there, when it's 4:25 AM you walk to door R7 and go up the stairs, when you enter you go to the left and later you’ll see the offices, there they’ll tell you that it is $240 from Lumper, you can pay in cash or by check, then, I suggest you go to sleep again because it’ll be around 8:00 AM when they start to discharge you.??Good luck here

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone within this company is rotten and smug. They act as if they can do and say or act however they want to their own customers. And Susan whomever you are should be fired, the audacity you have of speaking to a customer as if you can do know wrong. I see from other reviews that I’m not alone. My hope is that whom ever is running this s*it show sees these reviews and does something about it. This is probably our last week of being a customer, we will not be doing business with people of such low value and morals. The mentality of your business shows loudly through those you choose to employ. Future customers beware!

This shipper./receiver is small,outdated and confusing to get in but doable if you know where you are going. Also I had a 320.00 lumper for a half trailer of freight ????

This company has gone downhill fast. You will be charged for totes that are on the invoice but are not delivered. They often send the wrong items, they are out of stock constantly on many items, and you are stuck with rude drivers who are impatient. If you are busy with customers, the driver leaves before you can check in the delivery. However, if the driver doesn't okay the items that are missing but are still on the invoice you are stuck paying for it!
