Dr Hecht was extremely thorough and compassionate with my 10 year old pittie. I feel very comfortable bringing her and my other rescue pittie to her from now on!

What an unbelievable vet and staff. This is not our regular vet but we needed an ultrasound due to something that showed up on our regular vet's x-ray and he didn't have an ultrasound. Sadly it was determined our dog had cancer that had spread throughout the body and we made the decision to put her out of her misery as there was no saving her and she was very sick. The compassion shown despite never having even met is something I will never forget and forever be thankful for. We got a bigger room, a blanket for our Harley to lay on and we all laid on the floor as we held her til the end. This vet is over an hour away and I am still considering making them my vet when ours retires. Truly impressed and can't say enough good about this place.

Amazing! Abbie (my puppy) actually likes going here, she gets so excited when we pull in. The vets and staff make her feel like a princess and she eats it up!
And Barking Ranch Boarding nextdoor is equally amazing,/. She loves it there, too. 5/5 stars for both!

Their service is sorry! Not a good place to take your pet to! Had an emergency after hours and not being a patient, the ER nurse on call said I would have to go to either Bryan, Cypress, or Houston. If a snake bite occurred my cat would not have made it. Very, Very unprofessional Creekside off 105 is the place to go .They helped me when the other place would not!!! Even not being a patient there. Thank GOD!!!!

We just had the best possible experience here. We were visiting the area and our dog had an accident. BVH agreed to see us right away and every single person from the desk manager to the tech to the vet was concerned, caring and so thoughtful. Dr. Hill listened intently, asked questions and then explained what he was doing and why during the exam, voicing his thoughts along the way which was so helpful to us. Although it turned out to be one of the best possible outcomes, they asked us to please update them later which they didn't have to since we're not local. For background: we looked up BVH before calling and everything online was so positive that we felt confident in them before we even got there.

The staff at BVH is so attentive and caring for our pets and our livestock as needed. We have needed help after hours and on the ranch and we are grateful for their availability and expertise. We also appreciate their support of our livestock management decisions. Also, the grunt office staff is so organized and their follow-up calls and authentic concern for others is so appreciated. We love BVH!
