Place is nice and very clean. The equipment is great and I like there are classes available. I would like to see more availability in class times though. Employees aren’t very friendly at the Market st location though. Prairie Lea they always acknowledge people coming in.

Best gym in town. With two locations and all they have to offer, it's a great investment on yourself. Owners are great, Boo is an amazing trainer. Staff are great, well the regulars. Only issue is dealing with weights being dropped, kids leaving their gym bags all over the floor.

Friendly staff! Nice gym with a lot of equipment options. Personally, I love that they have a private Women’s Center gym off to the side and a smoothie bar.
