I gave this 2 Stars because of book condition but, I really don't want to recommend this bookstore for rental, unless you're desperate. Their fees are crazy. I chose "Used" book online for my daughter but after they had charged my account, I noticed it wasn't the price I saw when I ordered so, I called the store and they told me, "Oh we ran out of the rented one, it was already taken, so we sub it with "New" book, is that Ok?" My daughter needed it ASAP, so I had no choice. I felt like I was bamboozled because if they ran out, why do they have the option "RENT" still clickable or allowed?!? Unless, its their scheme to charge people high price.
