“The guy that installed my washing machine was very professional and explained everything about the machine. Also when he arrived my dog got loose and ran to my neighbor house. I caught him but I had to lay on my dog until my son's daughter brought me his leash. I just got out of the hospital and couldn't get up. This installer came to me and help me get up. I couldn't get up without his help. He went beyond his job duty and helped me. Next time I need a appliance I will definitely use them.”
“Toured most of the store without being asked if I needed help. Multiple employees passed me and seemed to be oblivious to customers. Very upsetting when you are needing help.”

“Urgently needed an electrical part today (July 12 around 11:30am). Was driving from out of town to this Home Depot and spoke with a wonderful lady in the electrical department. I wish I knew her name. She provided the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Home Depot. Excellent job well done and thank you!”
