I was at the Family Dollar store located at 204 N Commerce, Store #10663, Bremond TX 76629. I was purchasing a bottle of body wash which rung up with the wrong price, and I told the cashier that the price is ringing up differently than what is posted on shelf; I went to double check to make sure I was correct, and of courseI I was. I asked for a price adjustment and the assistant manager, Selena, told me they have to charge whatever price that rings up. I told her that the price is posted on the shelf, she said we can't adjust the price. I told her I was going to call the corporate headquarters, the assistant manager Selena, said okay that's fine the manager said we "can't change the price." So, whenever you go to any Family Dollar store make sure you check the prices because they have a history doing this. Also, I have purchased several food items that was expired from this samestore.

Super nice folks, glad to see all the boxes etc. Removed from isles. Really coming together. Great job to the manager and hard working folks at family dollar. Keep up the good work!

ONLY 2 PEOPLE THAT ARE NICE AND HAVE A SMILE FOR YOU IS THE GENTLEMEN ALWAYS WITH SMILES AND THE ASSISTANT MGR. IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. THEY'RE COLD AND RUDE. I WAS SICK FOR AWHILE WITH COVID.

The Family Dollar here provides basic essentials that are convenient. Our nearest "Big Store" is 20 miles away so the town in general is glad to have this store.

Customer service here is really good, just a lot of boxes in the aisles. Prices are good for a small town.

Best dollar store ever! They have the best employees! And the manager is so great at her job I think she should get a raise! I have never seen someone work so hard to keep her store clean!!

Didn't actually visit this Family Dollars store, but did stay in the River Rock Inn across the street. Very nice Bed N Breakfast place, reasonably prices.
