This guy has lied to me for 2 months about how he was almost done with my car. He said he had the heads out to be machined , and that it would finally be done tonight, and I went over there, and my car is dirty, the tires are flat, and he hasn’t done anything.

I had some work done with these guy's about 2 months ago. After they diagnosed my mechanical issues it was time to buy parts. They gave me a estimate of 800 dollars. I asked to pay for parts with my credit card. The secretary Lori Perez, stated that they had to pay through their account and I needed to send the money directly to her. So I trusted her because she was known locally. I then sent the money via PayPal. After they fixed my truck and at pick up I asked for a reciept. They gave me a receipt showing 4 lifters was ordered but no price on receipt And then a receipt of them personally listing what actual parts cost in their own writing. I was sceptical about that. Remind yourself, I had 16 lifters replaced, new cam and chain installed gaskets. 1875 total. So I told them I need a actual receipt showing cost of new parts. Lori said that particular company don't show that on their receipts. So I was like they have to show cost of parts on receipt, she was getting upset steady telling me they dont. So then Billy her husband told me he will get receipts. I then told them when they get them to call me. Don't get me wrong he's a good mechanic from what I seen and seem to be a respectful man. A week later I asked again for receipt still nothing his wife was texting back and forth giving me hell. I told her I needed receipts so my job can reimburse me. She told me I was lying and that was false. Lol. What I believe happened they used, used parts on my truck to repair it and thought I wasn't gonna question about receipt since they said they ordered new parts. I can't get a actual receipt if they didn't order New parts, yea I know. My fault for trusting them. New parts my a*** So in my opinion what ever parts you need ORDER THEM YOURSELF. Evidently parts are sold to them without a total. Yea right! But lesson learned I will no longer be doing mechanical repairs with this business.
