PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE. CVS is only PHARMACY in town that takes Express Scripts (military coverage). They are EXTREMELY RUDE insisting we pay a $177 copay when it should be $0-4. Brookshires (Walgreens) in Cisco IS WONDERFUL. Well worth the drive.

This pharmacy has a new male pharmacist about one month ago. I have been going there for 12 years and everything was fine then he called me to tell me he can't fill prescription because supplier was out. I said ok when will it come back in. Then he informed me that all my regular meds I have to take supplier no longer has???? I called corporate and they said it was not true. Next after they talked to pharmacist they said now since I called corporate he doesn't feel comfortable filling my prescriptions. Yeah because I turned him in for lying. Why? I have no idea to this day since I had never talked or seen him before. I also saw another person have almost same problem at that time also. Switched my prescriptions to a place that was ridiculously less then what I have been paying for years. Looks like I was being ripped off for years with insurance and I paid 9.99 a month for Gold RX supplement. Now I don't need supplement because the pharmacy I go to now actually files it to my insurance like it should have been all along. For instance one prescription at cvs cost me 31.00 a month and now I pay less than a dollar for it. CVS is insane to hire this type of person.

Store is great. Convenient for me. Staff is friendly and like the other reviews have posted the pharmacy is understaffed but what do we expect it's Breckenridge I don't blame them for it. We gotta be understandable in these times

It seems that they will lie if they don't want to fill your prescription. First they said they couldn't find the prescription, then once I showed proof of it they found it. They then said they legally can't fill it using goodrx if I have insurance- that they have to fill it through my insurance since it's a controlled substance. Fine. Only they then said they don't take blue cross blue shield, which makes no sense, but okay. Called Brookshire's pharmacy and they said there's no law mandating a controlled substance be filled using insurance, and that I can use my insurance or Goodrx. Either the person who told us this didn't know what they were talking about, or they didn't want to fill it. Very disappointing.

I love CVS BUT THE DANG PHONE SYSTEM TOTALLY STINKS... I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 74 MINUTES... I know they are not that busy

Horrible service as expected from CVS. Tried calling all morning to pharmacy to only sit on hold for over 2 hrs and never get a person. Drove the hour each way to be told by store associate that they didn't open today but may or may not be in around 2pm.

I would give less stars I could. My wife waited in the drive through for almost 20 minutes to pick up a prescription but the line never moved. So she went inside and waited another 20 minutes with the same results. She had to leave to pick the kids and asked me to go by and pick it. I waited in line over thirty minutes with the same results. This is ridiculous! The lady behind the counter was polite enough but clearly not concerned about being expedient. This terrible management and no way to run a business! Get more help including a new manager!

Had to pick up medicine from the pharmacy, was told there was only 1 pharmacist and 1 cashier working because the higher ups deemed the store was not busy enough to have more, however the medicine was called in at 10:00 am, didn't go to pick it up till 6 to give them time to fill it and they said give them 30 min we went back it still wasn't ready, went back the next day and waited an hour because it still was not ready. Their was several people in the store waiting on meds and a line of cars at the drive thru. The higher ups need to understand if your sick you don't want to wait in line for an hour to get your med.they need to fix this problem fast.

Definitely needs to be cleaned and updated. Staff was okay. I got what I needed, thankfully it was in stock.

My mom and little sister made appointments at this store to get their vaccines. When they got there the tech was being very rude and unprofessional. The tech asked to see my moms phone to show proof of the appointment as if they were lying about it! Y'all should have a list of the appointments for the people coming in for vaccines. Then they were told they had to wait 35-40 minutes for the vaccines to defrost. Which is complete bs. I work at a pharmacy and I know damn well neither one of the 3 vaccines take 40 minutes to defrost. This store is completely disorganized and y'all have lazy/unprofessional people working there. What a huge disappointment! Do better for your community!

They have a sign that clearly bdays they won't fill prescriptions while people wait at the window. I won't go back to sit in that line.

Just horrible. Have been remixed prescriptions would be waiting and ready and then they are "out of stock". No note, as the guy promised to leave so we could get our meds... disorganized. We drove over an hour for nothing. Very dissatisfied.

Highway robbery. Almost $8.00 for body wipes and almost $8.00 for 12 pack cans. But I guess they don't mind living with themselves for those prices. It's Breckenridge not Beverly Hills.
