“Love this boutique because they serve Bluebell ice cream, snow cones, absolutely delicious sandwiches (get their chicken salad on a croissant with jalapeño or their club with herb mayo!!!) and they have some really awesome and unique gifts. They also occasionally serve shrimp and grits on Fridays which is literally the best I've ever had (not sure how it's possible for a boutique to pull this off but they did!!)”

She was very smiley and I really appreciate her help. The shoes fit great! We will be returning more often to our local JCPenney.
2023 Roland was a big help when I called customer service today! His precise instructions helped me a lot. He was very professional and kind on the phone and because of his help I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning my package. Then in store Nora was very knowledgeable and helped me with brands and sizing to help me get in and out in a timely fashion. Thank you JCP for hiring such knowledgeable and friendly staff.
