I’d leave negative stars if I could, I am beyond upset and disgusted at the way this clinic runs its “non refundable” policies. I don’t want a refund, I wanted to put it towards my next appointment!
In September we had to reschedule a visit and were told we needed to put down $60 that would go towards our next appointment. Thats fine, I said go ahead and take $350 and we can just have that as a credit on the account. We set up the next appointments, 6 animals in total, 3 cats for three 15 appointments for routine shots and the same for 3 dogs on another day. We then had to be out of town for about a month while I dealt with a family emergency, but I figured that since we have well over the $120 it would have been to reschedule a visit that it would simply be taken into account that we had already had money in their system. Because I was dealing with life altering issues across Texas, I wasn’t able to respond to the voicemail they left me or even had to time to think about it. I called today to try to just have a spay appointment set up and have the $350 put towards it, and they informed me that they would not be using the money towards an appointment or giving it back, even though I had not even asked for it back. We have never set FOOT in this vets office and I gave them money in good faith towards a future appointment and they can’t give that good faith back towards clients even when they have your money and haven’t even met your pets I am now $350 out on my pets expenses and they had nothing to say besides “understanding where I was coming from”, but no effort to help and say “hey, you haven’t been here before and have not been told the policy behind legitimately stealing your money if you can’t come to an appointment with out telling us 24 hours before hand”, even though these are for FIFTEEN minute blocks of time for ROUTINE SHOTS.
DO NOT give these people money in advance, I have never encountered a more careless veterinary office, all they want is your money, they don’t even care about seeing the animal you paid for.

Was visiting family. Late Saturday morning my sister's dog was bleeding from an unknown place. I called these great folks. They were getting ready to close but said come on. They were friendly and very caring. I recommend highly.

It can be really difficult to find a vet you can trust with guinea pigs but Wild Peach Veterinary clinic has become such an amazing vet to bring my piggies to. Dr.Amanda's exams are so thourough and the staff are always so excited to see and interact with all the animals. We are so happy to have found somewhere so close to trust with our rescues animals!
If you have a guinea pig, you will be happy with the quality of exams Dr. Amanda provides

Wild Peach Veterinary has been a wonderful experience every time we take our dog Ryder. They always answer all our questions, offer advice, and work with our schedules and budget. We've had a couple scares with Ryder having seizures, they did very thorough tests and exams and put him on a daily medication. He has not had a seizure since. We do have to take him in a couple of times a year specifically to check his blood to make sure he is still on the right dosage. Great vets, great staff!
