I recently lost my car due to the recent storms we had, my car was flooded out so i went to used car factory in brazoria texas today, even though i was not able to get anything because I currently didn't have money for a down payment because I wasn't planning on looking for a vehicle, Jackie, who works there is the sweetest lady, she was very helpful, she didn't turn me away, she didn't turn her back on me, instead she directed me to another place that she felt might be better since i had no down payment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, ASK FOR JACKIE. I will get a vehicle from there in the future when i have money for a down payment. Thank you Mrs. Jackie for truely treating me like part of your family ??

This guy denied me of service. Did not come out to greet us we felt super disappointed with the lack of communication effort from this guy. He turned us away not knowing we had 29,000 to spend at a dealership of our choice.
