We paid $149.33 for a "Grand Finale". How was I supposed to know that it was only supposed to last 35 seconds!? I lit the fuse. Walked back to the group. Turned around, and it was over. Twelve of us were waiting for it to continue, but there was no more. I was embarrassed that the group had trusted me to provide some entertainment. We went back to the store, hoping that the owner could make it right. I explained to him that I trusted him to provide a quality product, as this product was in the "Grand Finale" section. It should have been in the "Criminally Over-Priced" section. He was rude, arrogant, and offered nothing to compensate us. I was stunned that he could be so un-professional. It is terrible that he is teaching those kids how to swindle people out of their money. Stay away.

Excellent service! Great selection. Even though some of their shipments have been delayed, they still had tons to choose from. The kids from the Roughneck Band were very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked what sort of stuff I was looking for, and had recommendations and comparisons ready to go. Positive shipping experience. Clean, well-lit store. Plenty of space to park.

Great variety but we had hoped for lower prices! Also there were too many "helpers" since we were asked if we needed help over 10x's during our visit! Anytime we stopped to take a closer look at sonething someone stepped up to do their best to make a sale! It was way too much and like we were being force-fed to buy them!
