I decided to try the Brazoria location due to bad customer service at another TJ's location. These guys were super kind and very professional! I will keep on going back to this location, even with it being thirty minutes from me.

Received a phone call from the manger at the Brazoria location apologizing for the treatment I had received. He stated that's not how TJ Lube Stop treats their customer's and that after reviewing the videos of the event, it was addressed with the employees. I was pleasantly pleased to receive an apology. Our company has been using TJ Lube Stop for over 40 years and I've never been treated in such a disrespectful manner. Kudos to the manger for making the phone call to a customer that he knew left the premises livid. An apology goes a long way. I will continue to use TJ Lube Stop.
Pulled in needing an inspection ONLY. There was 1 other vehicle in bay 2 of 3 bays. They were already refilling his oil. 2 employees on the premises and both were working on the oil change. They didn't even start on my car until I got pissed off and went and stood by my car. Then after 30 minutes of waiting he finally inspected my car which took all of 5 minutes. Go 1 minute down the road to Brazosport Tire & Auto and save yourself 25 mins of wasted time.

Courteous, efficient and fast! Washing vehicle windows and vacuuming the interior was a bonus. I certainly will be back.
Well, I came back and the service was disappointing. I hoped I would never have to look for a new place for an oil change. I think I may have to.
