Working with Katie and her team at Rail has been amazing. We started 4 years ago with 4 hogs and have been happy with every head they have processed. Highly recommend!

easy in and out/Great customer service
PROCESSING
I just cooked 2 pounds of ground meat and got 3/4 cup of fat off a good show animal. I Asked for 90/10 meat. If you want lean meat they said next time ask for very lean.

Great meat just wish they had more selection sometimes. Have to get there right when it's butchered or shortly after to get selection.
