I have been in the horse world for over 15 years now and I will say hands down Alamo Saddlery is one of the most professional and down to earth companies I have worked with in a long time! I bought a new Alamo saddle from a consignment tack shop ( not directly from alamo )and when it arrived the gullet measurements were not what was described on the website. After going back and forth with the person I bought it from I decided to just keep it because it would have costed me quite a bit of money to mail it back. I reached out to Alamo to discuss options and Leigh was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She told me that I could have my saddle re-treed with a custom tree that will fit my horse. I never even knew that was an option. I was a little skeptical at first but she walked me through the entire process and made me feel super comfortable with everything. She mailed me a custom molding kit where I took a mold of my horses back and sent that to Alamo along with my saddle and within 2 months I had it back to me. She kept me updated through out the entire process and time my saddle was with them. Looking at the saddle you would never know it was even taken apart. It fits PERFECTLY. I had gone through 6 different saddles trying to get something for my hard to fit horse and was feeling unhopeful but now I have something custom to her and I couldn't be happier with it. If your looking for top quality tack and a company that genuinely cares about its customers, Alamo is the place to buy a saddle or any other tack from. 10000/10 reccomend! I will never buy from anyone but Alamo

Alamo Saddlery makes beautiful saddles. I had them make a custom roper for me and it turned out better then I expected.
