I love this pharmacy so much that I drive 45 minutes to get my prescriptions filled. That and they always have one of my meds that is hard to find. Juanita is amazing, and she goes out of her way to be helpful.

Best pharmacy!!!! Staff is always courteous! Ashley is quick, courteous and professional! Tina is the best pharmacist I have ever dealt with. She knows her stuff and she takes care of me and my family!

Not sure how hard it is to let the customer know if you have a medication in stock or not before getting off the phone with them or have the courtesy to call them and let you know they’re out of stock. Not to mention they rarely have any basic medication in stock. The people working here do a poor job at communicating, notifying customers, and 90% of the time are just unfriendly. Might as well be cvs.

I'm new to the area and wanted to contribute to local business. Got Covid and was prescribed Paxlovid. I know everyone has a bad day but the Lady that answered was terribly unfriendly. I think the term other reviewers here use is rude. Yes, they (she anyway) were very rude and unfortunately I will have to give my business back to CVS. By the way they don't carry Paxlovid.

One of the pharmacist is Very Rude to the employee Tell her to figure it out on her own, very unprofessional Then overcharging for medicine would not recommend this pharmacy

Very bad communication, no regard for the customer. Practice changed and no would even ask as why did insurance not cover the medicine that I paid $60 and should have only paid max $15. When I called back was told that nothing can be done. I was customer for six years and will twice of filling our family of 6 prescriptions there. I was a very loyal proponent and would always recommend Boyd medicine store not any more.

From the time I walked in dentist office it was a awesome experience especially after telling about horrible from other dentist.. Alexis & Trisha was the best & The dentist Dr. Robinson was beyond amazing.. from begin to end I give 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... I would highly recommend and I'm not one to write review... So Thanks again to the amazing Team

In all honesty I do love this place and its staff but there needs to be a new pharmacist. Called up there to talk about getting an emergency two prescription filled after emailing my doctor about it. My doctor ask that I call the pharmacist and have him call my doc. So I did, the pharmacist, Ryan I believe, was rude from start to finish badgering me about why he needed to call my doctor when he was a busy man and to finish it all off hung up on me. Thank you for you understanding of my mental illness, I fear for those going through worse then me who have to speak to you.

I had never had a problem with this pharmacy until they changed pharmacist. I absolutely loved using this place and had been better than any other pharmacy around. The ladies that work there are so nice and amazing, but the new pharmacist is so rude and will talk down to you all because "he does this for a living and absolutely knows what he's talking about" nevermind the fact that you've been dealing with the same prescription for years and actually know how it's done and how they send the prescription ? after today I'll be switching pharmacys
